How does the WayWiz trial work?

You get 14 full days to test every feature with no commitment. No payment is charged before the end of the trial, and you can cancel at any time from your client area.

Can I switch plans during my subscription?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade in one click from the Billing section. The new rate is applied pro rata to the remaining period, and a detailed recap is sent by email.

WayWiz includes multi-account packs. From 3 users, an automatic discount applies and all licenses share the same billing settings.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payments can be made by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or SEPA direct debit. PDF invoices are sent every month for your accounting records.

Is traveler data encrypted?

All sensitive information is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is logged to ensure full traceability.

Each team member can be assigned a role: read-only, editor, or administrator. Permissions are configured in the Team settings.

Servers are located in France and certified ISO 27001. Backups are replicated daily across two separate zones.

How do I invite a collaborator?

From Settings > Team, click Invite and enter the collaborator's email address. They receive a secure sign-up link valid for 72 hours.

Use the Forgot password option on the login screen. A reset link is immediately sent to the email tied to the account.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Contacts, project files, and invoices can be exported in CSV or PDF from the Exports section so you can recover your archives at any time.
